Pho (Noodle soup)

 
Pronounced "fuh" – a traditional Vietnamese rice noodle soup served with a side dish of fresh herbs, bean sprouts, basil and lime, which are then placed "fresh" into the soup to cook. A wonderful dish – incredibly aromatic and light. Low fat and high protein when meat is added. All bowls are topped with white onions, green onions, and cilantro.
